Plover will travel to Waupaca for South Central Championship

In Plover Sunday John Jasenovsky hit a 2 out solo Home Run to put Plover up 3-2 and they went on to beat Scandinavia 4-2. Brian Brom added 3 hits for Plover, Tyler Benzinger scored 2 runs in the win. Chris Simonson picked up the win for the ‘dacts pitching 7 innings giving up 2 runs. Jason Jones got the save. Scandy’s only 2 runs were scored by Willie Rosenthal.

Waupaca scored 3 runs in the 6^th via RBIs from Andy Wanty, Josh Peterson, and David Yeska (Waupaca’s heart of the order). Zac Peterson pitched a complete game shutout against Rosholt.
