In a make up game from June 8 Plover traveled to Scandinavia and lost 5-1. A first inning home run by Willie Rosenthal started the winning effort for Scandy, RJ Rosenthal picked up the win from the mound. Scandy is now 5-6 and in fourth place.

New London in 3^rd with 2 Left

Sunday July 27

New London’s Andy Brooker scored in the bottom of the 9^th on a passball thrown by Cullen Sexton to win the game. New London also scored 3 runs in the eighth inning off Sexton to tie the game 6-6. Matt Bruette of NL was 3 for 5 with 2 runs scored. John Jasenovsky went 2 for 4 with 2 doubles for Plover.

Manawa 11 @ Rosholt 10 F/12

Both teams are still alive for the playoff hunt and Manawa wins a big game in extra innings. Ryan Zdroik of Rosholt went 4 for 6 from the plate.
