Waupaca Stays undefeated

David Yeska has another big game going 2 for 2 from the plate with 2 doubles. Steve dake adds 2 hits and Waupaca goes to 5-0 with a 5-1 win over Rosholt, Ryan Zdroik hit a home run for Rosholt.

Scand improves to 5-1 with a 7-2 win over Lanark, Jason Berrens and Matt Mehne each had 3 hits and a HR.

Manawa picks up their first win of the seaon defeating Weymont 13-8, Manawa scored 5 runs in the first but Weymont tied the game in the 5^th at 8-8, Adam Grosskopf picked up the win on the mound pitching 4 2/3 scoreless innings striking out 9. Grosskopf was also 4 for 5 from the plate with 3 runs scored.

In Plover the game went 12 innings, Chris Simonson had a walk off hit in the 11^th inning to win the game 6-5. John Jasenovsky hit a 2 run homer in the 9^th to send the game to extra innings, New London’s Andy Brooker went 3 for 4, Jake Hermsen had 5 stolen bases for the Merchants.
