Week 6 BABA South Central

New London picks up their first win of the year beating Scandy 3-2. The deciding run came in the bottom of the 7^th when New London’s Andy Thorpe scored on a pass ball while Matt Mehne was intentionally walking Matt Bruette. Eric Rasmussen went 3 for 4 for NL and scored the first run of the game on 2 throwing errors. Andy Brooker got the win on the mound going 6 innings striking out 4.

Wey-Mont defeats Waupaca to improve their record to 4-2 and in second place in the division with a 5-4 win over Waupaca. Kyle Bosquez got the win on the mound and had 3 hits from the plate. Andy Wanty was 2 for 4 for Waupaca.

Plover stays undefeated winning in Rosholt 7-0. Matt Simonson pitched a complete game striking out 8 for Plover. Jason Pezewski hit a home run and had 3 RBIs

Thursday Night: 

Manawa’s Jeremy Dunnihoo pitches a complete game striking out 5 in the 2-1 win over Lanark. Manawa’s Jeremy bauer had 2 hits. Jeremy Christensen drew a walk to lead off the game and later scored Lanark’s only run on a Bill Oswald sac fly.
