Plover takes over first place in the south central. Chris Simonson threw 8+ innings giving up only one hit out dueling Waupaca’s Zac Peterson

New London 4 @ Scandinavia 5 F/12

Jason Berrens of Scandy hit 2 doubles and drove in a run in the 7^th inning to take a 4-3 lead. The game then went 12 innings. RJ Rosenthal (pitched 10 innings) drove in the winning run (Bob Fredy) on a suicide squeeze. Nate Krake and Andy Brooker added 2 hits, a run, and an RBI each for the Merchants.

Rosholt 4 @ Lanark 5

Lanark wins their second straight game Sunday. Justin Christensen picked up his second win in a row on the mound (pitched 8^th and 9^th innings). Brad Zdroik of Rosholt took the loss.

Waupaca 6 @ Manawa 2: (Make up from June 8)

Thursday night, June 26, Waupaca takes over first place in the BABA-SC with a win over Manawa. Todd Suhs picked up the win for Waupaca, Josh Peterson went 2 for 5 from the plate with an RBI.

Waupaca’s Jason Wanty went 3 for 4 Thursday in the make up game.
