Week 9 BABA South Central

Friday night Lanark gets their second win in Rosholt with a big 6 run 6^th inning. Gendusa picked up the win on the mound in relief. Jeremy Christensen was 4 for 5 in the 9-6 win. Lanark’s Rick Hetzel had 3 hits including 2 doubles.

Friday night in Manawa Zac Dunbar throws 8 innings striking out 10 in the 10-2 win. New London’s Andy Brooker continues a recent hot hitting streak going 2 for 4 with a doubles and 2 RBIs. Lance Poppy added 2 hits for NL and 3 RBIs. BJ Blocke was 2 for 4 for Manawa.

Another Friday night game results in a Plover win moving them to 4-5 with a 3-0 shutout win over WeyMont. Jason Jones pitched a complete game 3 hitter for Plover. Matt Simonson was 2 for 3 for Plover.

Waupaca beats Scandy 4-2 Sunday. Hans Hartleben of Scandy homered in the 6^th inning knotting the game at 2. But Jason Wanty of Waupaca had a game winning RBI single in the 7^th. Zac Peterson got the win while Riddle picked up the save.
